Membership terms
These terms cover Cork Vegans membership. By joining, you agree to them. If anything here isn't clear, email us at crkvgns@gmail.com.
What members get
- €5 off one ticket per member for each paid Cork Vegans event, subject to availability. If a ticket costs €5 or less, it's free with your code.
- Advance booking for paid events: member tickets go on sale before general release.
- Exclusive member events.
You get a personal member code when you join. Use it when you book on Eventbrite. It's for you only, so please don't share it. Each member can use it for one ticket per event.
Free events stay free and open to everyone.
Contribute what you can
You choose how much to pay: €5, €10, €15 a month, €50, €100 a year, or your own amount (€2 to €500 a month, or €50 to €500 a year). Every member gets the same benefits, whatever they pay.
Renewal
Membership is monthly or yearly, and it renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Payments are taken by Stripe, our payment provider.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time in your membership portal. Your benefits continue until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. The link to your portal is in your welcome email.
Changing your amount
If you pay monthly at one of our set amounts (€5, €10 or €15), you can switch between them in your membership portal, and the new amount starts from your next payment. To change a yearly membership or an amount you chose yourself, cancel in your portal and join again at the new amount when your current membership ends, or email us at crkvgns@gmail.com and we'll help.
Membership refunds
If you change your mind within 14 days of joining and haven't used any member benefits, email us at crkvgns@gmail.com and we'll refund you in full.
Event tickets
Refunds for event tickets are covered by each event's refund policy on Eventbrite (opens in a new tab).
